As many as 716 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 4m360 thousand square meters will undergo capital overhaul in Tatarstan in 2023

On 21 January, speaking at a videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic and with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported about work done within federal and regional programmes,  and which already have won the auctions.

Thus, he told about water supply pipes laid by the Housing and the City Environment national project, reconstruction of water treatment facilities and recultivation and remediation of Samosyrovo landfill in Kazan by the Ecology national project, Reconstruction and construction work going on by Culture, Education and Demography national projects and the regional projects of Comprehensive development of rural areas, Reproduction and Use of Natural Resources and the capital overhaul of youth centers.

Marat Ayzatullin also reported about preparation to the large scale programme of capital overhaul of 716 multi-apartment houses with the total area of 4m360 thousand square meters and the cost of work about 6bn 198m roubes.

The Minister told that the republic continues work of moving people from 102 unfit housing facilities to new apartments by the regional programme that should be completed by the end of 2023.
