Rustam Minnikhanov meets the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat

On 19 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working visit to Ashgabat, had a meeting with the Chairman of the People's Council of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow. 
Later today Rustam Minnikhanov, as a member of a Russian delegation, is taking part in the Russia-Turkmenistan business forum.
