Rustam Minnikhanov looks round cultural heritage sites in the center of Kazan

On 11 January Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited cultural heritage sites under restoration in the center of Kazan, where he got explanations about the restoration and reconstruction of three sites, which are federal level cultural heritage sites, given by the Chairman of the regional Committee on Protection the cultural heritage sites Ivan Guschin.

When visiting the Kazan Fine Arts School, Rustam Minnikhanov was told by Minister of Culture of the republic Irada Ayupova that the ministry has submitted an application to the Russian Ministry of Culture about including the building into the programme of renovation of regional and municipal cultural facilities.
