Rustam Minnikhanov meets the new Consul General of of China to Kazan

On October 18, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the new Consul General of the People's Republic of China to Kazan Xiang Bo.

Minnikhanov wished the Consul General successful work in his new post and noted that Tatarstan and China have many common interests, the level of cooperation is very high.

Xiang Bo was born in Chongqing in January 1975. In 1998, he began his political career as an attaché at the Chinese Consulate General in Khabarovsk. He held the post of adviser to the Chinese Embassy in Turkmenistan from 2015 to 2021.
