Rustam Minnikhanov has looked round construction sites in the historical center of Kazan

On 17 October Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by developers and members of the interdepartmental commissions in city-building in historical settlements visited construction sites in the historical center of Kazan. All new construction projects were already considered before and the commission decided to reconsider them by going on sites. As a result of the tour the commission approved five projects and gave an errand to canvass two others.
