The Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin has visited Tatarstan exposition at the Gold Autumn 2022 exhibition

On 5 October during his visit to Tatarstan exposition at the All-Russia Gold Autumn 2022 agricultural exhibition, the Chairman of the Russian Government Mikhail Mishustin  listened to the report from Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who told him about main economic indicators of agribusiness of the republic.

In particular, speaking about harvest campaign, Rustam Minnikhanov informed that the republic has harvested about 5m tonnes of grain, 1.65m tonnes of sugar beet, more than 800 000 tonnes of potatoes and 260 000 tonnes of vegetables. He attracted special attention to the fact that it was possible to complete sowing and harvest campaigns in time due to quick increase of soft loans limits.

Tatarstan President expressed his gratitude to Mikhail Mishustin for his support, and in his turn Mishustin stressed good work of regions in this sphere.

Reminding that 14 farms for 16 000 cows have been built in the republic due to subsidies, Minnikhanov said: “Our farmers actively use these support measures which results in the highest milk yield of 2m tonnes in the country.”
