On July 15 Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov signed Order on assigning Fattakhov Engel to the position of Tatarstan Minister of Education and Science.

The document reads: “To assign Fattakhov Engel Navapovich to the position of Acting Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Education and Science before approval by Tatarstan State Council.”
