Capital refurbishment work has been completed in 507 out of 753 multi apartment houses in the republic

Speaking at a regional meeting in the Government house of the republic held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov  with participation of the regional Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin and the Chairman of the local State Council Farid Mukhametshin, the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Utilities Sector of the republic Marat Ayzatullin has reported that the main part of the programme of capital refurbishment of social and cultural facilities and engineering infrastructure of multi-apartment houses has been either completed or is at the final stage.

The regional Minister also reported about developments of the refurbishment programmes under the projects of Education, Healthcare, Culture, Ecology and Nature Protection, Youth Affairs , having said that the work at all facilities has been completed from 95- to 98 per cen.

Speaking about capital refurbishment of multi-apartment houses, Marat Ayzatullin said that according to information from the State System of Housing Monitoring, the work has been completed by 97.5 per cent

He also reported that 3 082 boiler stations, which makes 98.9 per cent, have started supplying heat to 99 per cent of apartment houses, 94.4 per cent cultural facilities and 100 per cent of all schools, kindergartens and healthcare facilities.
