Tatarstan President to workers of the Federal Service for the Oversight of Consumer Protection and Welfare (Rospotrebnadzor): you have health of the nation and wellbeing of the whole country in your hands

On 23 September, addressing workers of Rospotrebnadzor at a solemn ceremony dedicated to 100th birthday of Russian Sanitary and Epidemiological Service , Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said  that for the century sanitary services of our country provide reliable hygienic and sanitary safety of population and solve the most difficult professional and organizational tasks. “It is not exaggeration to say that today you have health of the nation and wellbeing of the whole country in your hands. On the eve of your birthday Russian President Vladimir Putin highly assessed your wok and this tells a lot.  We have seen ourselves how pandemic of just one disease can be dangerous to people and destructive to economy. It also helped us to see again how important your work is”.

Prior to the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov handed in keys from ten company vehicles to the Rospotrebnadzor Department in Tatarstan and said: “These cars will be used in everyday work of your employees including territorial units in municipalities of the republic”.

In conclusion of the ceremony Tatarstan President handed in state awards of the republic to outstanding workers of the Rospotrebnadzor Department in the republic.
