Rustam Minnikhanov: As many as 475 thousands of Tatarstan residents have been revaccinated

On 17 September, speaking at a regional meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that 2m 734 thousand people have got Corona virus shots and 475 thousand have been revaccinated by 16 September of the current year.

Last week the COVID incidence raised by 1.6 times giving nearly 1000 new cases in a day. “The disease does not give any complications, however COVID is COVID. Those of you who were sick know that.  I would like to attract attention of colleagues that it is necessary to continue vaccination and revaccination|,” Rustam Minnikhanov said.

He also reminded about all preventive measures and requirements and concluded: “COVID did not go anywhere and everyone should take care of himself”.
