Rustam Minnikhanov meets senior managers of the Turkish company “Sisecam”

On August 18, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Board and CEO of Şişecam (Shishedzham) Group Ahmet Kirman discussed the current activities of enterprises, as well as prospects for further development of bilateral cooperation.

Şişecam Holding is one of the world leaders in the production of glass products.

Two factories are operating at the Alabuga Special Economic Zone, including Trakya Glass Rus, which produces sheet glass and with production capacity up to 230,000 tonnes per year, and Automotive Glass Alliance Rus, which produces automobile glass with the production capacity providing components for about 800,000 vehicles per year. Two plants created about 700 jobs.
