Rustam Minnikhanov has looked round a number of buildings and facilities in Kazan

On 12 August in the afternoon Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov accompanied by the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the republic Fanil Agliullin and the Aid to the President Olesya Baltusova visited a number of buildings and facilities in Kazan, including unfinished construction sites, cultural heritage sites and other buildings run by Ministry.

Telling about the cultural heritage administrative building located in the 25th October Street, Baltusova said currently the building is under protection of the state and conserved. She added that an issue of further use of the building and passing it over to organizations is currently under consideration. 

Rustam Minnikhanov also looked round two valuable city-forming facilities in the center of the city, namely the building of the Regional clinical dermato-venerologic dispensary of the Tatarstan Healthcare Ministry and the Kazan Choreography School. Baltusova informed Tatarstan President that the dispensary will be completely reconstructed and restored and the facades of the Choreography School, which has historical and cultural value, will be preserved.

In addition Rustam Minnikhanov visited construction sites of unfinished buildings of the Kazan Folk Crafts School, an office building in the Konstantinovka settlement and the International Service College. As the last building is in critical condition, it will be demolished and the land plot will be handed over to the State Housing Fund to be used for housing construction, Baltusova said.
