On 26 July at its regular meeting held at the Government house of the republic, the Board of Directors of PJSC Tatneft reelected Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov as the Chairman of the Company’s Management Board, and approved the membership of the committees under the Board of Directors: Yury Levin as the Chairman of the Audit Committee, Laszlo Gerech as the Chairman of the Human Resources and Remuneration Committee and Nail Maganov - Chairman of the Committee for Sustainable Development and Corporate Management Committee.
The Board was also informed about interim results of forming the Company’s personnel reserve. The personnel reservists who had passed a comprehensive assessment in the categories of top and middle management positions TOP-100, TOP-300 and TOP-1000, depending on the level of the position, have been enrolled in corporate training programs that allow improving corporate-wide, managerial, professional and digital skills.
The Board also discussed a set of programs and projects developed and implemented by the Company that are aimed at identifying and developing the potential of young specialists and managers from the very beginning of their careers. Inter alia, they include the annual open case championship "TatneftTechCupChallenge", the International Oil and Gas Youth Forum, a competition of professional skills, and many other events.
As part of the meeting’s agenda the Board of Directors considered the issue of the KPI system being implemented in the Company since 2017, including the corporate incentive program based on the assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of key performance indicators. Today, new service assets are connected to it. Metrics of sustainable development goals, which are set for all goal leaders and heads of business areas, have been introduced into the KPI system. The process of developing a consolidated ESG Goal Map is underway. The indicators of this Map are planned to be integrated into the tools for monitoring and controlling the implementation of strategies, business planning, process and project management, etc.
The participants of the meeting were also informed about the budget execution for the first half of 2022 and they approved the budget for August of the current year. In addition the Board considered a number of other issues related to the current operation of the Tatneft.
