Tatarstan President visits laboratory and research complex of the Higher Oil School

On 12 July Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who came on a working trip to Almetyevsk, and Director General of the Tatneft Oil Company Nail Maganov visited a laboratory and research center of the Higher Oil School campus which covers 16 thousand square meters.

When looking round the labs and equipment of the center, Tatarstan President was told about research in traditional oil science spheres and biotechnologies and ecology to be carried out here. 

The Higher Oil School being established by Almetyevsk State Oil Institute and the TatNIPIneft Oil Research Institute will be used for providing synergy of the university, industry and academic science, to shape rich innovational potential for the whole oil production industry of Russia and ensure competitive strength of the domestic higher education in oil sphere among leading world educational and scientific centers. 

The Center Campus being built by the Tatneft in Almetyevsk will comprise all necessary infrastructure including laboratory and educational facilities, modern hostels, living blocks, kindergartens and so on.
