Rustam Minnikhanov meets First Deputy Director General of the Corporation Tourism.RF Company

On 20 June at their meeting in the Kazan Kremlin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the First Deputy Director General of the Corporation Tourism.RF Company Denis Sekachev discussed issues of cooperation in tourism industry and development of domestic tourism. 

The parties also touched upon topics of establishment of the tourist-recreation clusters included into the Agreement on cooperation in development of tourism, tourism infrastructure and hospitality industry, which was signed by the Corporation and Tatarstan in March of the current year.

The objective of the agreement is to develop five tourist clusters such as Volga Bulgaria, Sokolka, Sviyaga, Kamskoye Ustye and Laishevo. The implementation of the Volga Bulgaria route will facilitate development of tourism and growth of the tourists flow in 6 more regions of the Volga Federal District.
