On 9 June Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who is on a working trip to Moscow held a meeting on preparation to the session of the Russian State Council Commission on Construction, Housing and Utility Sector and Urban Environment.
The participants of the meeting, the main objective of which was to prepare the session of the Council, discussed issues to be included into the session agenda and Rustam Minnikhanov, who is the Head of the Commission, said that one of the most important topics for today is the utility services as traditionally they result in a lot of complaints from the population, which in its turn forms attitude of people to the power bodies. He stated that today there is a need in new tools to solve burning issues of the housing and utility sector.
Also taking part in the meeting were Russian Minister of Construction and Housing and Utility Sector Irek Fayzullin, the Charmian of the Board of the State Corporation – the Fund of Facilitation of Housing and Utility Sector Reformation Konstantin Tsitsin, Director General of the DOM.RF Vitaliy Mutko, and Tatarstan was represented by the Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and the First Deputy Prime Minister Rustam Nigmatullin.
Later the same day Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a meeting on issues of construction and reconstruction of the Kazan Aircraft Plant facilities.
