Rustam Minnikhanov meets winners of the managers’ competition Leaders of Russia from Tatarstan

On June 7, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with winners of the managers’ competition Leaders of Russia from Tatarstan and congratulated them.

Three of seven participants of the super final of the managers’ competition from Tatarstan won.

These are: Rafael Valeyev the Managing Director of Alfa-Bank in IT in Kazakhstan, who moved there from the Ak-Bars Bank of the republic, Timerbulat Samerkhanov the Head and the Founder of the Educational Culture School and Mikhail Fokin, the Head of the Data Management Center of the Tattelekom Communication Company.

Immediately after the announcement of the results of the competition for managers, Tatarstan President sent congratulatory telegrams to the winners, in which he emphasized the strongest professional and personal qualities they had shown.

Minnikhanov supported the superfinalists’ initiative to enter the personnel management pool of Tatarstan.

During the year, they will undergo specialized training in the management reserve team of the republic. In addition, they will have to implement projects aimed at the social and economic development of the republic. Project curators - representatives of the State Council of the republic and the Government of Tatarstan will assist them in this work.

During today’s meeting, the project participants also shared the impressions of the final tests of the competition with Minnikhanov, and also shared plans for the development of the republic.
