Rustam Minnikhanov meets Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation Gulnara-Klara Samat

On May 20, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Russian Federation Gulnara-Klara Samat, who handed in the state award of her country - the Order «Dostuk» (Order of «Friendship) to Tatarstan President.

Minnikhanov thanked the guest for participating in the celebration of the 1100th anniversary of adopting Islam by the Volga Bulgaria.
