On 18 May at their meeting at the Innopolis University, Tatarstan Deputy Prime Minister Roman Shaykhutdinov, a delegation from the Gazprom Transgas Tomsk headed by the Director General of the company Vladislav Borodin and the administration of the University discussed implementation of joint projects within the 2022-2023 road map.
Opening the meeting, Roman Shaykhutdinov expressed his gratitude to the administration of the Gazprom Transgas Tomsk for its trust to the Innopolis in the digital transformation of the company. In his turn Vladislav Borodin underlined that today not a single company can speak about its future without digital transformation as it is the important tool for increasing productivity and efficiency of all business processes.
The parties also discussed development of industrial digital solutions (for inline diagnostics, gas compressor units vibration-based diagnostics, geoinformation systems, welded joints radiography) and training the company staff in additional digital education at the IT-university.
The university and the Gasprom daughter company have been actively cooperating since October 2021 when the IT-university held a strategic session “The Gazprom Transgas Tomsk Digital transformation: glimpse into the future”, the results of which were used as a foundation for future cooperation plans. In April 2022 a delegation from Tatarstan headed by Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Roman Shaykhutdinov visited Tomsk where they signed a cooperation agreement.
