The Head of the Tatarstan Ministry of Construction has reported about implementation of the capital overhaul programmes

Speaking at a videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with all municipalities of the republic, the Minister of Construction of the republic Marat Ayzatullin reported about implementation of the regional programmes of overhaul of social and cultural facilities and multi-apartment housing. 

The Minister said that the work on food units have started on eight facilities in five municipalities and  two  comprehensive schools in Kazan, and 19 per cent of the planned amount of work has been finished within the Environmental Management Programme. The capital overhaul of social service facilities has been fulfilled by 42 per cent while the overhaul of children’s summer recreation camps – by 30 per cent, Ayzatullin said.

He also informed the participants of the meeting about overhaul work of 12 buildings of the Rosselkhozcenter State Institution by new programmes and completion of the work at 4 buildings of executive committees, at two facilities of the Central Regional Hospital and 6 facilities of the Agriculture and Food Departments.

Ayzatullin said that 6 facilities out of 10 by the programme of modernization of sewage treatment plants and capital overhaul of sewerage network and 54 out of 128 facilities by the programme of supplying potable water to population are under overhaul. The street lighting is under reconstruction in 165 settlements, he said.

The building and installation work on multi-apartment houses have been completed by 14 per cent while the seasonal work has been completed by 16 per cent, he concluded.
