Rustam Minnikhanov meets the Heads National Medical Research Centers Andrey Kaprin and Oksana Drapkina

On 13 May at their meeting in the Government house of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Head of the National Medical research center of the Russian Health Ministry Radiology Center Andrey Kaprin and the Director of the National Medical Research Center of Therapy and Preventive Medicine Oksana Drapkina, who came on a working visit to Kazan to take part in the Volga Oncological Forum,  discussed issues of further development and improvement of the cancer care in region, implementation of the regional project of Fighting against cancer and cooperation in support and interaction  of professional associations and societies in healthcare.

During the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov handed in Andrey Kaprin and Oksana Drapkina the state awards of Tatarstan – medals commemorating 100th anniversary of establishment of TASSR.

Andrey Kaprin and Oksana Drapkina are also taking part in a coordination meeting with heads of cancer care of entities in the Volga Federal District.
