On 25 April, speaking at a regional meeting of financial, treasury and tax bodies of the republic with participation of the Chairman of the Tatarstan State Council Farid Mukhametshin and Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov said that in the first quarter of 2022 the amount of the regional consolidated budget revenues made 93.2bn roubles, 85bn of them being net revenues.
He stated that even though the revenues dynamic is positive, this should not calm us down.
Economics experiences unprecedented pressure from sanctions and requires restructuring of logistics chains of products and parts and import replacement arrangements, Minnikhanov said.
Tatarstan President gave an errand to branch ministries to have weekly balance commissions with supervised enterprises, which experience difficulties and decrease payments into the budget, to help manufacturers build cooperation ties and prepare proposals to the federal level on new support measures needed by enterprises and said that this work should be coordinated by Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Finance of the republic together with tax bodies and branch ministries.
Minnikhanov informed that 59 systemic organizations of the republic were included into the federal list and it is very important to ensure their continuous work and strict financial discipline.
Speaking about implementation of national projects in the republic, Tatarstan President said that in the current year 29.4bn roubles, including more than 10bn from the regional budget, will be allocated on this purpose.
He also said that working with tax arrears was a very important reserve as according to the results of the first three months on 2022 they exceeded 10.4bn roubles, which was by 15 per cent more than during the same period last year.
Speaking at the meeting, the Head of the Tatarstan Department of the Federal Tax Service Marat Safiullin reported about results of tax bodies’ work of the republic in the first quarter and the tasks for 2022.
