Tatartan President and Governor of the Kemerovo region Sergey Tsivilyov have discussed prospects of cooperation

On 19 April at their meeting on the sidelines of the Tatarstan International Power Economy Forum in Kazan, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and the Governor of Kemerovo region Sergey Tsivilyov discussed prospects of cooperation in the sphere of innovations and working with investors and interaction in digitalization, development of comfortable urban environment, agribusiness and tourism.

Speaking at the meeting, Minnikhanov said that Tatarstan is interested in developing cooperation with Kemerovo region as Kuzbass keeps the positions of the largest industrial center of the country with developed coal mining, metallurgic and chemical branches of industry. 

“Tatarstan and Kemerovo regions are two powerful regions, each having its own advantages and know-how in different spheres,” he said and proposed to keep increasing interregional goods turnover and develop industrial cooperation. 

In the end of the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov handed in Sergey Tsivilyov a medal commemorating 100th anniversary of establishment of TASSR.
