Rustam Minnikhanov instructs the heads of the regions together with Tatarstan Ministry of Transport and Emergency Situations to keep the flood situation under constant control

On April 9, in the Government House of the republic, at a traditional video meeting with all municipal regions of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov raised the issue of flooding in Tatarstan.

Tatarstan President instructed the heads of municipalities, together with the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the republic and the Ministry of Emergency Situations, to keep the flood situation under constant control. “We should react quickly,” he said. “It is important to ensure the safety of citizens during the flood period, to strengthen public awareness-raising activities and to provide everything necessary for work,” he concluded.
