On March 5, in the Government House of the republic at a videoconference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all municipal regions of the republic, the regional Minister of Agriculture and Food Marat Zyabbarov reported on state support measures for the agro-industrial complex in 2022.
The minister said that it is planned to allocate 13.2 billion roubles for state support of the agro-industrial complex in 2022, which makes 106.5 per cent compared to the level of the initially approved amount of last year. The volume of support from the federal budget remained at the level of 2021, the volume of support from the budget of the republic increased by 8 per cent.
As many as 28 state support measures will be implemented with funding amounting to 5.3 billion roubles with federal participation, including 3.8 billion, which makes 71,7 per cent, from the federal budget and 1.5 billion, which makes 28,3 per cent from the budget of the republic.
As many as 37 state support measures with funding amounting to 8 billion roubles are being implemented exclusively from the regional budget.
To support crop production and land reclamation, as many as 4.3 billion roubles are allocated for 19 measures, including 1.8 billion roubles from the federal budget.
As many as 1.9 billion roubles are allocated for livestock production under 13 measures, including 907 million roubles from the federal budget. The main areas are subsidies to increase productivity in dairy cattle breeding allocating 761 million, 309 million to support livestock breeding and 407 million to stimulate milk production.
The minister said that 1.9 billion roubles were allocated for the technical and technological modernization of the agro-industrial complex for 3 measures. The main amount of support is 1.7 billion roubles subsidies for purchased machinery and equipment.
As many as 1.4 billion roubles were allocated for supporting small forms of business and citizens, leading private subsidiary farm for 12 activities.
Zyabbarov continued that 415 million roubles were allocated for the construction, reconstruction and overhaul of the facilities of the agro-industrial complex in 7 measures. Subsidies will be funded for the cost of construction of cowsheds, silo trenches, vegetable storehouse, grain mills, feedstuff centres and tractor parks.
The minister drew attention to the fact that in 2021 work on the transfer of state support measures to e-form started. The project "My subsidies” was implemented together with Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization. To date 6 areas of state support have been digitized. During 2022, all subsidies will be transferred to e-form.
