Tatarstan President awards the winners of the regional contest of professional skills "Alabuga-Skills"

On February 18, the Alabuga Politech Educational Institution at a solemn ceremony, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov awarded the winners of the open regional contest of professional skills "Alabuga-Skills".

Alabuga-Skills is a contest aimed at popularizing working professions, identifing the best in their craft, and creating support for training a new generation of skilled workers in various specialties.

The contest took place in Yelabuga on 7-11 February 2022. In total, 220 applications were submitted from 81 enterprises from 22 regions of the republic. A total of 178 persons aged 18 and over from enterprises and institutions took part in the contest.

The contest participants competed in lathe works on CNC machines, welding and milling works, industrial robotics, industrial automation, electrical installation, laboratory chemical analysis, driving a truck and passenger bus, repair and painting of vehicles.
