Tatarstan President: The digital platform will facilitate development of entrepreneurship in our republic

Speaking at the round table, held within the end-of the year collegium of the Ministry of Economy of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov has said that the support of entrepreneurship is one of priority tasks for the republic.  

Director General of the SME’s Corporation Aleksandr Isayevich, who also took part in the meeting, stated the high level of interaction of the corporation and the republic in increasing accessibility of measures for supporting business and added that the main role in this process is played by the recently launched Digital platform with integrated regional services for entrepreneurs. 

He stressed that Tatarstan has become one of the first to connect to the platform and currently local entrepreneurs already have access to 18 support measures from the regional administration which supplement 11 federal services. One of the specificities of the Digital platform is the fact that entrepreneurs themselves define priority services.

The Corporation director said that the platform has been developed and continues growing in line with the national projects of entrepreneurship facilitation and it is already possible to register your business, evaluate the state and rating of your business and submit financial applications to several banks simultaneously on line.

Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that implementation of digital tools will increase the accessibility of business support measures. “We actively cooperate with the Corporation and I am sure that the platform will promote development of entrepreneurship in our republic”, he said.

In the end of the meeting Rustam Minnikhanov and Aleksandr Isayevich signed an agreement between the Government of Tatarstan and the Corporation on cooperation in developing SMEs in the republic. One of the paragraphs of the agreement envisages digitalization of services for enterprises with the aim of increasing the scope of businesses and self-employed residents using the state support.
