On February 14, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov arrived on a working visit in Nizhnekamsk to take part in a meeting of the Council of Nizhnekamsk municipal region and the Nizhnekamsk City Council on the results of social and economic development of the region in 2021 and tasks for 2022.
Before the meeting, Minnikhanov accompanied by the Head of the executive committee of the Nizhnekamsk municipal region Ramil Mullin and other officials visited a number of facilities. In particular, he got acquainted with the work and services of the new branch of the Multifunctional centre “My Documents”. Tatarstan President became one of the first visitors of the branch. Those, who made an appointment for services in advance also came to the centre.
This branch of the Multifunctional Centre has been opened at the new shopping centre - for the convenience and accessibility of the provision of state and municipal services. The facility is located next to the new residential neighbourhoods of the city, with more than 50,000 people living there.
Repair work has been carried out, the office is equipped with all the necessary facilities to receive citizens. There are 11 public service windows that will provide 263 services for both businesses and individuals. Director of the Multifunctional Centre for State and Municipal Services in Tatarstan Lenara Muzafarova and Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin informed Minnikhanov in detail the work of the Centre and about the service for supplying services.
It is estimated that this branch will be able to provide services to about 200 people per day. There is a waiting room, a consultant’s desk, one e-queue terminal, one terminal «Electronic Tatarstan» (infomat), 11 bank pos-terminals in the reception windows (for cash and non-cash payment), two guest computers for access of citizens to federal and regional service portals, a photo room for taking pictures for a driver's license (according to the traffic police service) and passports, as well as a children's area.
