Tatarstan Ministry of Construction: the multi-apartment houses capital overhaul program will include 769 living houses in the current year

Speaking at the meeting in the Government House of the republic held by President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Utility Sector Marat Ayzatullin has said that the multi-apartment houses capital overhaul program will include 769 living houses in the current year and will need  financing of 6bn 441m roubles.

He said that the municipalities are still lagging behind in submittkng documents to the Housing and Utility Sector Fund and there is information about 112 houses from three municipalities still missing.

Speaking about regional programs of construction and capital overhaul of social and cultural facilities and modernization of public and utility services system in the republic, the Minister said that 31 such projects are to be approved by the Cabinet of Ministers, 2 are undergoing cross-government review and 2 are still under development.

Ayzatullin also noted that as there was the one-and-a-half-month mean precipitation in January, the utilities and road services got additional load on cleaning roads, yards and roofs from snow. There is also the increased amount of complaints coming from residents concerning this issue, he said. 

Rustam Minnikhanov gave an errand to heads of regions and cities to organize work of the housing and utilities infrastructure and monitor the quality of snow and ice removal from roofs of houses.
