Summing up the results of a joint meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic and the regional Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications which discussed results of 2021 and the Year of Digitalization to held in Tatarstan (in 2022), Tatarstan President Rustam Minnukhanov has said that digitalization of all spheres is the serious priority of the work of the republic and that is why 2022 has been announced as a Year of Digitalization.
He said it was very important that the population of the republic can see changes introduced by digitalization and that the complete system – education, healthcare and utility services works quickly and efficiently.
He expressed his gratitude to Russian- Minister of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media Maksut Shadayev for taking part in the meeting and for support of the projects being implemented in the republic.
Referring to the joint ranking of RANEPA and the Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Minnikhanov said that he was informed Tatarstan is only 14th by the results of 2021 and it is necessary to get into the top three regions.
He also told that 24 000 laptops will be handed in to teachers of the republic and a digital shift will be organized in the Salyat Camp in the Crimea his summer.
Minnikhanov also supported the proposal from the Association of Digital Development Facilitation to establish the university technological entrepreneurship in the republic.
He paid special attention to digitalization of the healthcare system reminding that a single digital platform is needed to fix doctors’ e-appointments and that all feldsher-midwife stations will be equipped with PCs in the republic.
Minnikhanov said that currently 125 state and municipal services were rendered in and e-form and it is necessary to transform all 378 of them into digital format.
Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin made a key note report about main digital transformation projects in 2021 and tasks of the Ministry for 2022.
Deputy Prime Minister of the republic Roman Shaykhutdinov, regional Minister of Science and Education Ilsur Khadiullin, the Head of the state institution of Road Traffic Safety Rifkat Minnikhanov, the Head of the Kazan Municipality Rustem Gafarov and Director General of the Tattelecon Communications Company Ayrat Nurutdinov told about results of work of their organizations in 2021 and plans for 2022.
