Congratulations from Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with the Day of Russian Students

Dear friends,

 Please, accept my cordial congratulations with a wonderful holiday – the Day of Russian Students!

From the moment of the establishment of the first Russian university Tatyana’s Day has rightfully been a symbol of students’ brotherhood. In Tatarstan this holiday unites more than 140 thousand of students. We are proud of our youth – talented, ambitious, with pro-active approach to life. The reason for our pride is not just achievements of our students in education, but also in science, sports and arts.

Today Tatarstan is a leader in a number of key spheres in education and training highly qualified specialists.  Our students and young specialists confidently win not only All-Russian but international competitions and Academic Olympics. Last year five universities all at once were included into the “Priority-2030” program. We are also proud of the fact that the best student of Russia 2021 studies in Tatarstan.

Under the conditions of pandemic the last years have become a challenge for all of us. However, these hardships made us confident in our strength and proved that we can stand against challenges and overcome the most difficult obstacles.

 Dear students! It is true that studies need patience, internal discipline and serious and responsible attitude to your future. I do think you will continue the best traditions of scientific schools of your universities and make a decent contribution into the development of our country.
