Rustam Minnikhanov visits the Black Lake Kazan park

On December 27, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited the Black Lake park in Kazan, where the opening of an ice rink took place.

Minnikhanov toured the thematic areas of the park, talked to citizens and got acquainted with the plans for further improvement of the park. In particular, he evaluated the project of a new restaurant.

Tatarstan President was also told about the festive programmes planned in the parks and squares of Kazan, and the work of Christmas tree towns. In total, the urban public spaces offer 87 free events in the winter.

Then, Minnikhanov visited the new skate rental building and got acquainted with the assortment of the souvenir shop. The shop offers souvenirs of the Directorate of Kazan Parks. Tatarstan President bought a hat and mittens there.
