Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin hands over state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan

On December 8, in the Kazan Kremlin, speaking at a ceremony of handing over state awards of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that at the heart of strong Russia is the well-being of people. The welfare of Tatarstan citizens is the result of our joint work.

Welcoming the participants of the event, Pesoshin emphasized that representatives of the educational sphere, healthcare, art workers, workers of large industrial enterprises of the republic, government authorities, as well as representatives of the food industry, agriculture, housing and utility services, the construction complex, sports and other industries attended the event.

“I thank you for your diligent work and dedication. The guidelines for improving the quality of life of the population and ensuring sustainable innovative development allow maintaining the steady pace of the social and economic development of Tatarstan,” Tatarstan Prime Minister said.

He outlined the main macroeconomic indicators, according to which Tatarstan is traditionally among the leading regions of the Russian Federation.

Then, the ceremony of handing in state awards of Tatarstan and the Russian Federation took place.
