Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a meeting of the Council of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District

On November 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov took part in a videoconference of the Council of the Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to Volga Federal District, where the meeting participants discussed the implementation of state youth policy, including the development of youth infrastructure, support for students and the volunteer movement, creating conditions for fulfilling the potential of youth, and a number of other topical issues.
