Rustam Minnikhanov hands in keys to new service cars to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan

On November 10, the Day of the Internal Affairs Officer, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in keys to new service cars to employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Minnikhanov thanked the police officers for ensuring security and stability in the republic, including as part of the fight against coronavirus. “The new cars will increase alertness and efficiency, as well as facilitate your hard work,” Tatarstan President said.

Minister of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan Artem Khokhorin thanked the leadership of the republic for support in strengthening the facilities of the internal affairs bodies. “Today our facilities are at the highest level, including modern technologies, computers, vehicles. As part of the regional programmes, we are building new regional departments, repairing old facilities. The conditions for service are the most comfortable,” the Minister added.

Then, Minnikhanov and Khokhorin handed in keys to 63 cars to the traffic police, patrol and police departments and district police officers of Tatarstan.
