RT Prime Minister visited Menzelinsky municipal district

Today Head of RT Government Rustam Minnikhanov visited Menzelinsky district. He observed the process of capital repair in Menzelinsk.

Rustam Minnikhanov and his attendants observed a number of reconstructed objects of housing and communal services (ZHKH).

Also Rustam Minnikhanov spoke to citizens of microdistrict, which expressed their positive feelings concerning the capital repair, but complained about the growth of communal payments.

Answering journalists’ questions, Rustam Minnikhanov told that repair of multifamily housing in Menzelinsky municipal district is being done according to the schedule. Capital repair should be finished till September, 15. RT Prime Minister noted that next year it’s planned to repair 32 houses in this district. Plans for 2008 – to repair 29 multifamily housing (32, 3 thousand m²), including repair of roofs in 10 houses, heating systems – 27 houses, canalization system – 25 houses, set of heating counters – 29 houses.

Head of RT Government confirmed that the number of specialists working in this district is enough. It’s planned to attract these teams for capital repair next year.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov if people want to carry additional works in their houses such as changing of windows, doors, making of heat insulation of facades, local powers have to find additional funds (bank credits, in particular).

Capital repair is carried out in republic in accordance with federal law №185 “About fund of assistance to reforming of housing and communal services (ZHKH).

Besides RT Prime Minister observed the fields of Menzelinsky district to see the harvesting.

Head of RT Government was accompanied by RT Minister of Agriculture and Foodstuff Marat Akhmetov, Head of Menzelinsky district Georgy Kupriyanov and others.
