Municipalities of Tatarstan win prizes at the All-Russian contest "Best municipal practice" in the directions of Russian Ministry of Construction

On October 16, speaking at the Government House of the republic at a regional video-conference held Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin, First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Aleksey Frolov said that two municipalities of Tatarstan at once - Kazan and Apastovo region ranked among the winners of the All-Russian contest "Best municipal practice" in areas supervised by Russian Ministry of Construction.

Kazan ranked second in the nomination «Modernization of Urban Economy through the introduction of digital technologies and platform solutions («smart city»)». A total of 95 applications were submitted from 39 Russian entities.

Apastovo also ranked second in the nomination «Urban planning policy, ensuring a favorable living environment of the population and the development of housing and utility services». Here the jury considered 262 tender applications.

Frolov emphasized that one of the main criteria for evaluating projects was the possibility of replicating applied practices in the territories of other entities and municipalities.
