Rustam Minnikhanov meets Head of the Talent and Success Foundation, Co-chair of the Central Headquarters of the All-Russia People's Front Elena Shmeleva

On September 10, at their meeting at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Head of the Talent and Success Foundation, Co-chair of the Central Headquarters of the All-Russia People’s Front Elena Shmeleva discussed issues of cooperation in the development of a system for identifying and supporting talented children and youth.

Tatarstan and the Talent and Success Foundation signed an agreement in 2019.  The Regional Centre for identifying and supporting talented children and youth based on the model of the Sirius Educational Centre was set up at the University of Talents under the agreement.
