Rustam Minnikhanov meets the President of the Russian Olympic Committee

On September 8, at the Kazan Expo International Exhibition Centre on the sidelines of the Russia - Country of Sports Forum, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and President of the Russian Olympic Committee Stanislav Pozdnyakov discussed the results of the performance of Tatarstan athletes in the Russian national team at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, as well as the preparation of athletes for the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.

During the meeting, Minnikhanov handed in a medal of the 100th anniversary of the establishment of Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic to Pozdnyakov for "a great contribution to the development of the Olympic movement, physical culture and sports".
