Farid Mukhametshin: “Party projects are priority for All-Russian political party “United Russia”

Today Prime Minister of the Russian Federation, party leader, Dmitry Medvedev chaired a joint meeting of the Supreme and General Councils of the “United Russia”. The meeting was attended by the representatives of the Tatarstan regional branch of the party, led by Chairman of the RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin.

Discussion of the pros and cons of federal and regional party projects, achieved results and future objectives were on the agenda.

Dmitry Medvedev offered to reduce the number of projects to a reasonable amount as their implementation requires considerable funding from the federal budget. The Prime Minister also noted that the “United Russia” is responsible for everything related to the fulfillment of the State goals aimed at improving the living standards of the population and development of the country’s economy.

According to Farid Mukhametshin, future objectives and decisions made at this meeting will be further discussed by the Tatarstan regional branch of the party.
