Rustam Minnikhanov meets Senior Advisor to the Director General of Russian Railways Maxim Topilin

On August 19, at their meeting in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Senior Advisor to the Director General – Chairman of the Board of Russian Railways Maxim Topilin discussed discussed issues of developing cooperation between Tatarstan and Russian Railways, including that in the implementation of joint social projects.
