The officials of DSM Nutritional Products presented the possibilities and perspectives of company development to RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov.

The Head of RT government Rustam Minnikhanov discussed the possibilities of cooperation in agro-industrial sphere at the RT Cabinet meeting with DSM Nutritional Products officials.

RT vice-premier – RT minister of agriculture and provision Marat Ahmetov, Head of management of agro-industrial complex, agricultural relations and consumer market of RT Cabinet Apparatus Anatoly Krasnov, assistant to RT Prime Minister on foreign-economic activity Iskander Muflihanov, general director of “Tatenergo” JSC Il’shat Fardiev and others participated in the meeting from RT side.

“Lately a number of serious projects in agro-industrial complex (AIC) are being realized in RT, - told RT Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov in the beginning of the meeting – to reach significant results, we need new technologies, stored experience, industrialization of agriculture.” From the point of view of RT government head, RT management is interested in cooperation with foreign companies both in agro-industrial complex sphere and in other economic spheres.

Officials of DSM Nutritional Products held the presentation of company and its main development directions.

For the present moment DSM Nutritional Products is known as world leader in the sphere of production and delivery of vitamins, carotinoids and other products of microbiological and chemical synthesis for agriculture, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic industries.

DSM Company was based in 1902 as state coal company (Dutch State Mines – DSM).

Innovations take a serious place in company development – every year investments into this sphere make more than 300 million EURO.

More than 22 000 people work at company enterprises. DSM has more than 200 branches and manufacturing objects in 49 countries in the world. According to the results of 2007 company sales made 8,7 billion EURO.

The production of vitamins and ferments for animal husbandry and agriculture is only one unit among the range of products of DSM company group. Besides, the pharmaceutics sphere and automobile industry (auto polastics, special covering), production of electrical equipment and electronics.

Rustam Minnikhanov pointed out that today RT is interested in searching of partners for cooperation within the framework of auto cluster creation and production of polymers. He also underlined that in connection with forecasted growth of motor autos and lorries production in RT the sphere of auto components production is perspective as well. Rustam Minnikhanov offered to organize the additional meeting with DSM officials which supervise this area.

RT Prime minister told that we are ready to give maximum support to our partners who are interested in creation of factories on the territory of republic. As a positive example of cooperation he noted the creation of joint manufacture with German company Preiss-Daimler (production of fiber glass) on the territory of special economic area “Alabuga” (SP Preiss-Daimler Tatneft – Alabuga fiber glass.

We would like to remind you that within the framework of the visit to RT the officials of DSM Nutritional Products will visit the number of objects and get to know the conditions of manufacture placement on the territory of special economic area (SEA) “Alabuga”.
