Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill arrives in Kazan

On July 21, Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill, who arrived on a working visit in Tatarstan to take part in the consecration ceremony of the reconstructed Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God, was met by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Volga Federal District Igor Komarov.
