Tatarstan President meets Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov

On June 16, during his working visit to Tashkent, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Investments and Foreign Trade of Uzbekistan Sardor Umurzakov.

Tatarstan President thanked the host country for organizing the Tatarstan-Uzbekistan Business Forum, which will contribute to further development of cooperation.

The bilateral trade turnover between Tatarstan and Uzbekistan amounted to 156.5 million US dollars in 2020. The export structure consists mainly of land transport vehicles, plastics and products, wood, rubber, rubber, oil and oil products. Last year main imports included: plastics, textiles, clothing
