Rustam Minnikhanov arrives on a working visit to Turkmenistan

On May 16, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, who arrived on a working visit to Turkmenistan, was met by Turkmen Deputy Prime Minister Serdar Berdimuhamedov at the Ashgabat International Airport.

A bilateral meeting with President of Turkmenistan as well as negotiations in an expanded format will take place during his visit.
