Rustam Minnikhanov meets laureate of the Russian Presidential Award for young cultural workers Elmir Nizamov

On March 26, at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Tatarstan composer Elmir Nizamov, who became one of the three laureates of the Russian Presidential Award for young cultural workers in 2020.

Minnikhanov congratulated the composer on the high award, and emphasized his great contribution to the development of academic music.

During the meeting, they discussed the development of musical art and composing in the republic. Nizamov thanked Tatarstan President for supporting the creative youth of the republic and handed in a CD with his works.
