Farid Mukhametshin held parliamentary lesson for Almetyevsk high school students

Today Chairman of the RT State Council Farid Mukhametshin held a parliamentary lesson for Almetyevsk high school seniors.

The lesson was conducted at the RT State Council. Prior to the event the students toured the parliamentary center with its sessions rooms, museum and library.

A special educational event “Parliamentary lesson” has been launched in Tatarstan schools for the fifth year in a row. Deputies of the RT State Council will speak about the state symbols and national anthem of the Republic of Tatarstan.

“The current parliamentary lesson is timed to the Day of Russian Parliamentarianism, which we will celebrate on April 27. The lesson is dedicated to an extremely interesting and important topic. Coat of arms, flag and anthem are the essential attributes of any civilized state. These symbols contribute to the formation of civic and patriotic consciousness of young people, develop sense of pride and love for the homeland”, Farid Mukhametshin said.

“Parliamentary lesson” was attended by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Engel Fattakhov, Vice-Chair of the RT State Council Rimma Ratnikova, Secretary of RT State Council Liliya Mavrina.
