Rustam Minnikhanov expresses condolences on the death of Naziba Ikhsanova

On March 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov sent a telegram to Chief Director of the Kamal Tatar State Academic Theater Farid Bikchantaev to express his condolences over the death of the People’s Artist of Russia and Tatarstan Naziba Ikhsanova.
