Dmitry Chernyshenko and Rustam Minnikhanov get acquainted with the presentation of digital projects of Tatarstan in Innopolis

On March 6, during their visit to Innopolis, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Chernyshenko and Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov got acquainted with the presentation of digital projects of Tatarstan.

Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications provided an explanation during the presentation.

He said that the IT industry of Tatarstan accounts for almost 3 per cent of the gross regional product. Great attention is paid to the staff training for the development of this industry. The republic trains over 2,600 certified IT specialists annually. Both Innopolis University and branch educational institutions are involved in this work. Regional ministries and departments are responsible for the digital transformation. Digital transformation leaders were appointed in every city and regional centre to implement relevant programmes at the municipal level.

Chernyshenko was informed about the experience of Tatarstan in creating super services. Thus, the My Subsidy marketplace is a unified catalog of support measures for entrepreneurs and farmers.

As many as 8 services were implemented in I build marketplace helping to reduce time during the construction period.

Khayrullin also reported on the transfer of state and municipal services into e-form, the development of a centralized accounting platform and the work of the call-centre of the 122 hotline.
