Rustam Minnikhanov takes part in a regular meeting of the State Council of Tatarstan

On February 18, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhano took part in the 19th meeting held by State Council of Tatarstan Farid Mukhametshin of the State Council of the republic of the 6th convocation.

The agenda includes 33 issues, as  well as 11 draft regional laws and 15 draft federal laws. The parliamentarians will consider bills on amending the regional laws on the committees of the State Council, on the transport tax, on urban planning activities, on the organization of overhaul of common property in multi-apartment buildings, on labour protection, on cultural heritage sites.

Moreover, bills on the development of organic products, a draft law on changing the boundaries of the territories of individual municipalities of the Buinsky region and bills that amend the Electoral, Land and Budget Codes of the Republic of Tatarstan will be considered as well.

During the meeting, Minister of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan Artem Khokhorin made a report on the activities of the police for 2020 and Commissioner for Human Rights in Tatarstan Sariya Saburskaya reported on the results of the activities over the past year.
